Who We’re Looking For

The Tikhe Lab is actively recruiting motivated students and researchers who are excited about
microbiology, entomology, and the intersection of insect–microbe interactions. We welcome
individuals who are curious, collaborative, and eager to contribute to both fundamental science
and applied solutions in vector control and public health.

Undergraduate Researchers

Undergraduate students interested in hands-on research are encouraged to get involved. Opportunities include independent study, research internships, and senior capstone projects. Dr. Tikhe is mentor for Ball State Teacher-Scholar undergraduate research program. Check the program here.

Collaborators & Visiting Scholars

The lab values collaboration across disciplines. We welcome inquiries from researchers interested in joint projects, especially in areas of microbial control, vector biology, and global health

Ph.D. Students & Postdoctoral Researchers
